Repeat prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:

  • In person – bring your repeat slip to reception, or leave it in the box in the surgery. Make sure you clearly mark which medications you need.
  • By post – send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want it posted back to you.

Online – You can follow the link at the top of this page to complete a simple registration form. You can also order a prescription on the NHS App

      You can change your nominated pharmacy:

      • on the NHS app
      • by writing this information on the slip provided by the surgery
      • by writing it on the note you post to us

      Please note that we are unable to accept prescriptions requested via email. 


      Should you wish to raise a query over your medication, you can:

      • write to us
      • e-mail us

      We will then pass your query on to the appropriate person.


      Medication Reviews

      If you are on a repeat medication, we will ask you to be have an annual review with a GP or Pharmacist.

      When this is due, a notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions, or contact us for more information.

      Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.


      Pharmacy First

      Free advice and treatment for minor illnesses such as;

      • Aches and Pains
      • Allergies
      • Cold and Flu
      • Ear Care
      • Eye Care
      • Stomach Aches
      • Head Lice
      • Any Skin or Mouth Problem

      If your condition is more serious, the pharmacist will then refer you to your GP.
