Updating your Contact Details
You can use this form to update us of any changes to your contact details. Having correct contact details allows us to communicate effectively with you.
The entry to the building is reasonably flat with a small lip over the threshold of the door, although no steps. There is a slight incline from the edge of the carpark to the doorway so, if you use a manual wheelchair and would like assistance with the door, please do let us know. We are in the process of organising automatic door openers to be fitted to the main entrance and foyer doors, but in the meantime should you experience any problems, please let us know when booking an appointment and someone will be available to assist you.
We have an accessible toilet, although no hoist.
We have eight consulting rooms on the ground floor and two upstairs which are accessed by stairs; if this would not be suitable for you, please let the reception team know upon booking your appointment.

Please note - you may be given an appointment earlier than 8:30am on our Extended Hours sessions.
We are open, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am until 6pm, apart from bank holidays when we are closed all day, and afternoons when we are closed for staff training. You can find these dates here.
We offer extended hours sessions on a Monday and Thursday morning, from 7am until 8am (for pre-booked appointments only - we are unable to assist with any other queries during these times).
We are closed on a Saturday. We offer additional appointments are our Extended Access Hub at Elswick Family Practice (please contact the surgery for more information about this).
We are closed on a Sunday.
